报错原因：

简单点来收就PHP版本不兼容

复杂点来说就是加载器缺失，这个报错不是加载器没装好，而是【PHP 小版本不兼容】+【加载器版本与 PHP 版本不匹配】 导致的

解决方法：

把PHP版本降到当前版本以下尝试，比如PHP7.2，别忘了安装 .sg11扩展
